Manufacturing warranty 2 years

Interoptics guarantees for a period of 2 years, the conformity of the products purchased under current European legislation and the free repair, exchange or replacement of the item that has suffered a manufacturing defect.

Breakage warranty 2 years

1st year: 70% of the damaged lens of all brand and private label prescription glasses will be covered.

2nd year: 50% of the damaged lens of brand name lenses will be covered, with the exception of private label lenses.

Special warranty Children

For your peace of mind, for the purchase of prescription glasses, for children under 12 years of age, the first year you will be entitled to exchange your prescription lenses for new ones, in case there is a change in the optometric prescription, paying only 30% of the total cost.

Adaptation guarantee

At Interoptics, in case there is any adaptation problem with your monofocal or progressive lenses, we cover up to 2 months of warranty. The optometric prescription can be changed, as well as the geometric design of the lens (if it is a better geometry than the one previously acquired, the difference will be paid).

Free maintenance

With the purchase of a pair of glasses at Interoptics, we offer you a totally free service of maintenance, adjustment and cleaning of your prescription glasses throughout their useful life.
